Kenza Barrada
Founder & CEO
I am an entrepreneur, ecological farmer, writer, spouse and mother of three children. A graduate of ESSEC Business School Paris and UADE in Buenos Aires, I bring to your service 20 years of varied international experience. Initially, strategy and management consultant, including 8 years at McKinsey & Company, and later as the founder and leader of WAOW PROJECT, I am totally dedicated to developing people and organizations across the Globe.
With an international background across four continents and proficiency in five languages, I work with private enterprises, public entities, social organizations, and educational institutions.
My writing focuses on themes such as the African roots and identity, the role of women in our societies, and the emergence of more enlightened forms of consciousness.

Educe further provides consultancy services, specializing in organizational and strategy consulting in both the public and private sectors.

Scotwork is a global authority in negotiation, with 48 branches around the world.
With almost 50 years of experience in 120 countries, Scotwork trained 300K participants in 29 languages.
WAOW PROJECT partners with Scotwork for your negotiation skills workshop. In these trainings, you will meet amazing facilitators as Zina Barrada, the founder and CEO of Scotwork Morocco.

Zina brings you 15 years commercial experience within 3 major multinational pharmaceuticals companies in France, Morocco and the UK, where she had to negotiate with distributors, wholesalers and pharmacies to implement commercial policies.
Her last role in pharma was Global Capability Lead for emerging markets, where she worked with Scotwork as a client.
She also put her skills at the service of UNICEF Abidjan Children Protection Section to manage complex negotiations internally and externally with government and local communities to implement programs. Life changing experience !
